Alzheimer’s and other dementia related diseases is the fifth leading cause of death in Sutter County and is a condition that often impacts the whole family. Sutter County Public Health’s Healthy Brain Initiative aims to improve awareness around the disease, decrease cognitive decline, and address caregiver needs.
