NOVEMBER 3, 2026, GENERAL ELECTION
All registered voters will be mailed a Vote by Mail ballot beginning October 5th, 2026. Polling Places will be open on Election Day from 7:00am to 8:00pm.

Measure G: Sutter County Safety/ Water Protection Measure
SUTTER COUNTY SAFETY/ WATER PROTECTION MEASURE. Shall the measure developed by Sutter County, City of Yuba City and City of Live Oak to ensure adequate drinking water supplies; prevent fire station closure; maintain countywide services such as fire/emergency medical response; sheriff’s/police patrols; repairing roads; supporting local businesses; and other general purposes, by establishing a 1¢ sales tax until ended by voters, raising about $22,500,000 annually the State cannot take, requiring audits, citizens’ oversight, public review/ spending disclosure, be adopted?
Measure H: Live Oak Unified School District Bond Measure
To improve the quality of education; construct a new elementary school to reduce student overcrowding; and upgrade athletic fields and facilities for school and community use; shall Live Oak Unified School District’s measure be adopted authorizing $33.2 million of bonds at legal rates, generating approximately $1.97 million annually while bonds are outstanding at average rates of $56 per $100,000 assessed value, with annual audits, independent citizens’ oversight, NO money for salaries and all money staying local?
