JUNE 2, 2026 STATEWIDE DIRECT AND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT PRIMARY ELECTION

All Sutter County registered voters will receive a single vote by mail ballot for the Primary Election in the mail beginning on May 4, 2026.  

IMPORTANT DATES: 

• 05/04/2026 - Vote by Mail Ballots Mailed
• 05/18/2026 - Last Day to Register to Vote
• 05/19/2026 - Conditional Voter Registration Period Begins
• 05/26/2026 - Last Day to Request Replacement Ballot be Mailed
• 06/02/2026 - Polls are open 7am to 8pm
• 06/09/2026 - Signature Cure Deadline for Congressional District 1 Contest
• 06/24/2026 - Signature Cure Deadline for All Other Contests
• 06/11/2026 - Deadline to Certify Congressional District 1 Contest
• 07/02/2026 - Deadline to Certify All Other Contests
