Sutter County Elections
JUNE 2, 2026 STATEWIDE DIRECT AND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT PRIMARY ELECTION
AUGUST 4, 2026, SPECIAL FIRE (CSA-F) ELECTION
This is a Mail Ballot Only Election; there will not be a polling place on Election Day. Ballots will be mailed beginning July 6, 2026, and must be returned by 8:00pm on August 4, 2026.
You can return your ballot by mail; or in-person at the Sutter County Elections, Monday thru Friday, 7am - 3:30pm; or drop box located at Sutter County Elections, open 24hours a day until 8:00pm on Election Day.
NOVEMBER 3, 2026, GENERAL ELECTION
All registered voters will be mailed a Vote by Mail ballot beginning October 5th, 2026. Polling Places will be open on Election Day from 7:00am to 8:00pm.
