Join Sutter County Public Health for National Public Health Week, from April 6 through April 12, 2026 as we work to make it easier for communities to access the public health resources they need to achieve the highest level of health.
This year's theme is "Ready. Set. Action!" As we celebrate, take a moment to recognize how public health has improved our daily lives, safeguarded our families, expanded our life spans, and strengthened our communities. This week is also a chance to honor the public health workers who show up for us every day.
Sutter County Public Health is inviting our community to join us for our 4rd Annual Cultural Health and Wellness Celebration! The FREE event will be on Thursday, April 9th from 4pm to 6:30 pm at Veterans Memorial Hall, located at 1425 Veterans Memorial Circle in Yuba City. This event is open to community members of all ages who will be able to enjoy cultural performers, food for purchase (food truck), resources tables from the community partners, activities and prizes. Come out and learn how you can improve your health.
Together we can make our communities healthier, stronger, and safer!
