Leah Northrop, MPA, MAIS
Branch Director Public Health

Leah Northrop started with Sutter County Public Health in 2018, after 20 years of experience in state government, including nine years with the California Department of Public Health, where she coordinated department-wide initiatives and served as the Executive Director for the California Conference of Local Health Officers.

Leah obtained her Masters degrees in Public Administration and International Studies from the University of Washington, and Bachelor degrees from UC San Diego.
